Key responsibilities of a Standards Support Administrator
 

  • Handling and tracking all enquiries via email
  • Processing updates related to changes in data and maintaining a log of data changes
  • Responding to status enquiries, and maintaining a log of status enquiries
  • Logging and identifying urgent applications
  • Support with weekly/monthly ad hoc reports

Key skills and experience required for a Standards Support Administrator
 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
