Inside Sales Representative
Full time, Permanent
Location: Bedfordshire / Buckinghamshire (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum + 12% uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)
We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing and well-established business. This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth, supporting both new business development and existing customer relationships.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities for an Inside Sales Representative:
Sales & Business Development:

Proactively generate new business through cold calling and lead follow-up

Identify opportunities to grow revenue both organically and incrementally

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using a large prospect database

Convert enquiries into sales through effective communication and relationship building
Account Management & Customer Service:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries and resolving queries

Support customers with product information and guidance
Marketing & Collaboration:
-
Work closely with internal teams to support marketing campaigns

Engage with marketing tools and systems to generate leads

Participate in team meetings and contribute to business development ideas

Maintain clear communication with directors and stakeholders
General:

Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM systems

Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Key Skills for an Inside Sales Representative:

Proven experience within a proactive B2B sales role

Strong track record of hitting targets and winning new business

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a driven and enthusiastic approach

Ability to build long-term relationships with customers

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
