I had a pleasure working with the Mixxos team, especially Chris, who was my main point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Chris was incredibly proactive from the beginning and kept me regularly updated throughout the process. By arranging pre-interview calls, helping me understand the role Chris supported me throughout each stage of the recruitment process. His encouragement and confidence in me really helped me feel more prepared and confident going into my interviews. I’m really thankful for Chris’s support, as I ended up securing my first graduate role straight out of university, which I’m really excited about! Zoe at Mixxos contacted me about a great HR position. She was very professional and spent time to talk me through the role and the organisation so I was confident the position was one I wanted to be considered for. Throughout the process, Zoe maintained regular contact and arranged a pre-interview call to help prep and share insight about the people I would meet; far more proactive than some other agencies/consultancies. She ensured a colleague was well briefed so she was able to follow up while Zoe was on leave, and I have well supported throughout. Although i was ultimately unsuccessful, I would definitely use Mixxos again, both as a candidate and a recruiter. Great service all round. Thank you

I had a call in March from Indiya about a vacancy at a company that was local to me and she thoroughly explained the job role to me and was able to relate my previous work experience. I was quickly set up for an initial meeting with Chris and Indiya to get a better feel for the role and so they could get to know me and what I’m looking for. After this meeting they put me forward for an interview for the role and invited me for interview prep which was so helpful and calmed my nerves. Following the interview, Indiya called me to get feedback about how it went which was lovely and then also let me know some feedback from the company. I was invited back for a second interview and found out a few weeks later that I’d got the role. Mixxos were amazing the whole way through, being really attentive and helpful.
